This project tapped the broadest of our groups' experience base. Approached by a local developer looking to "give back" to the community, MMi was instrumental in site acquisition, project coordination of an adaptive re-use project of a 130 year old former factory and incorporation and organization of an NFP innovation hub supported by significant grants from local municipal government. An exciting project which produced an outstanding facility!
